Next steps

First of all, well done for taking the first step in looking for support. I know from my own experience how daunting it can be to seek help.

When you’re ready, here’s what to do next.

First, book an introductory session

This session is all about you getting to know me, sharing what has led you to try counselling, and understand more about the process.

Through this we can also understand if we’re a good fit to work together. It’s important that we both feel comfortable with each other in order for you to get the most out of your counselling journey.

During this session I’ll also explain more about Person Centred Therapy and how it works.

This session lasts 30 minutes and is completely free, it can be done either in-person or over the phone.

Next, book further sessions

If, after our introductory session, you would like to continue working together then you can book your next sessions. You can book as many or as few as you like and pick a time which suits you best.

These sessions last 1 hour and cost £50, they can also be done either in-person or online.
